SPUC Shed has Re-opened

Yes, after many months we re-opened our South Melbourne shed on Saturday 20 June and we have already had two successful Saturday’s with our revised covid-19 protocols. This has led us to consider opening on other days as well and if this occurs all members will be notified.

The shed has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitised, and designated workstations have been delineated.

In order to comply fully with Government health regulations we have to limit attendance to 8 members and 2 supervisors to each session. No visitors can be accommodated at this time.

To maximise member attendance we will have two workshop sessions each Saturday, subject to availability of supervisors. A morning session 9.am – 12.30pm and an afternoon session 1pm to 4pm. Men and women members can attend on Saturday.

All members, except supervisors on duty, will have to book their attendance and details on how to do this will be emailed to members. Bookings will open at 8am on the Wednesday prior on a first in basis, but we will monitor attendance to allow as many members as possible to attend at least one session. Members who have not booked, cannot attend the shed.

Please contact a committee member if you have further questions.
